The Teacher Education Candidates group contains the forms necessary to submit to the Education Department for review and acceptance into the Department. Please complete the necessary forms on the this page within the required forms portlet and submit the forms as required. In order to complete the forms, please save the form to your PC, complete the form within Microsoft Word and save the changes, and e-mail the completed documents as attachments to teachered@mcpherson.edu
